What is Somatic Parts Work?

​

Somatic Parts Work is a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing that sees every human being as an inner ecosystem of “parts.”  Some parts protect, others carry pain, and others still hold your natural joy, creativity, and strength.

In my sessions, we explore these parts through the body, not just through talking. Because your parts actually live in the body, not your brain. They live in your breath, your posture, your voice, your tension patterns. The body holds the score, and it tells the truth before the mind can interfere. Rather than trying to “fix” or override your parts, we meet them with curiosity and care.


This is where your protector parts finally stop being judged.
Where your nervous system is rewired gently, not shamed.
Where the parts that once froze or hid can finally start to thaw.
When parts finally feel seen — not cornered or judged — they relax.
And as your parts begin to trust you, your system reorganizes itself around safety, truth, and coherence. Your system becomes whole.

As a somatic parts work facilitator, I don’t help people perform better. I help them stop performing. 

 

Why it matters

​

Somatic parts work helps uncover the hidden, self-protective and often seemingly self-sabotaging parts that block what you’re trying to call in. For example, the fear of success, the guilt about receiving, the quiet belief you don’t deserve what you want.  Instead of forcing a desire, we heal what’s blocking it from within.
When your inner world aligns, your outer world follows.
Manifestation becomes less about woo woo practices or grinding hustle (it always seems to be either one or the other these days) and simply about truth and coherence.

As Krishnamurti said: “It is truth that liberates, not your effort to be free”. So if it’s freedom you’re searching for, you’ve come to the right place.

 

What a session is like

Each session is a guided somatic exploration: a conversation between me, your awareness, your body, and your parts.

You’ll be invited to notice sensations, impulses, or images that arise.

We might use breath, voice, or gentle movement to help a part express itself safely.

There’s no agenda, no performance, no “right way” to heal, only curiosity, compassion, and space for whatever needs to unfold.

There might be long silences. There may be bursts of laughter. Or tears. Everything is welcome.
 

This work can help you:

  • Reconnect with your body, intuition, and felt sense of safety

  • Heal emotional triggers and inner conflict

  • Soften protective mechanisms that keep you stuck

  • Build capacity to feel without being flooded

  • Move toward inner harmony and freedom

Booking

Sessions are available in person, at my home or yours (area Conil de la Frontera). A session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hour and costs € 50. We begin with a short free consultation by phone to explore whether this work feels right for you.
